Evaluation and compliance with RD 1215

Royal Decree 1215/1997, of July 18, 1997, establishes the minimum health and safety provisions for the use of work equipment and machinery by workers. Like all royal decrees, the minimum required is to comply with the law, however, you can always go further and create work environments with better and higher levels of safety than those required by law, safety is an aspect in which it is always worth investing.

In other words, it must be ensured that the machinery is used in the safest way, that there are safeguards to prevent accidents, that it is adequately signaled and that the lighting and noise conditions are within the legal margins or that the necessary protective measures are adopted.

It is vital that the declarations of conformity (we can help you if you do not have them) and the instruction and use manual of each machine and line are kept and located in the industrial plants. Including power and control electrical diagrams and hydraulic diagrams.

In the event that any machine or line has undergone substantial modifications, it will be necessary to prepare a new technical file and a certificate of conformity for each machine, which will be incorporated into that of the corresponding line.

The resulting document must be kept up to date. At Logicus we have technical specialists who will be able to advise you and prepare the corresponding report with the maximum guarantees of compliance.
